Florian Fauth is the fifth generation to farm this Westhofen estate — the same village where K.P. Keller, his brother-in-law and Rheinhessen's most celebrated winemaker, crafts his benchmarks. About 70% of the fruit comes from the Aulerde, one of Westhofen's three Grand Crus, where limestone soils deliver the mineral tension that defines the style.

Thirty-six grams of residual sugar, offset by 7.4 grams of acidity, makes this read lighter and drier than the number suggests. A true Kabinett: electric, precise, and built to flex with food.
