ERA is produced by Botter, a family-owned Veneto winery founded in 1928 and now in its third generation. Certified organic since 2019, ERA is made entirely from Glera grown in the Treviso hills of Prosecco DOC under the traditional Charmat (tank) method — secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks preserves the grape's delicate aromatics and keeps the wine fresh and approachable without the richness of Champagne-method bubbles.
The nose is bright and fragrant: white peach, green apple, and a hint of acacia blossom. The palate is light-bodied with fine, persistent perlage, balanced acidity, and a clean, slightly floral finish. Bone-dry. One of the best-value organic Proseccos in the market — designed for the aperitivo hour or as a low-stakes celebration wine.
