Dry-farmed across seven organically managed sites — Mahonia, Illahe, Koosah, Sojeau, Prophet, Jubilee, and Cortell Rose — the 2023 is fermented with a proprietary Jayer yeast strain, macerated 25 days on skins, and aged 10 months in French oak, nearly all neutral. Owen Bargreen 91 pts.
