Teres comes from the Racemi — the second budding of the Primitivo vine, thin-skinned clusters that ripen later and yield lighter juice than the main harvest. Fatalone’s Spinomarino vineyard sits on karstic limestone at 365 meters in Gioia del Colle, the same rocky terrain that anchors the estate’s certified organic viticulture since 1990.

Thirty-six hours of skin contact with whole berries, native yeasts, natural malolactic. Six months in stainless, no oak. The result is a red wine that drinks like a serious rosé: fresh, mineral, built for cool service and summer tables.
