Aqua Nat is a piquette — an ancient, ultra-low-intervention category made by adding fresh Alvarinho juice to the spent pomace, skins, and seeds from Folias de Baco's Douro field blend after pressing. The mixture referments, extracting just enough color and flavor for a lively, barely-there drink at 5.5% ABV. Light-bodied and refreshing, with a slight haze and a soft sparkle. Serve cold and drink promptly.
