Distilleria Caffo has been producing spirits in Limbadi, Calabria since 1915, and their Limoncino dell'Isola is made from the fragrant zest of Calabrian lemons — prized for their thick, aromatic peel and intense essential oils. Unlike mass-market limoncello, the color is natural rather than neon, closer to freshly squeezed lemonade, and the flavor is pure lemon without artificial sweetness. Serve ice-cold as a digestif, or use in a Lemon Drop or Spritz.
