Hardin's Creek Jacob's Well Release No. 2 is the second release of Jacob's Well from the Beam distillery — Kentucky straight bourbon aged 211 months (17.6 years) and bottled at 109 proof, a longer age statement than the 2022 original. The name points back to the well Jacob Beam built in 1795 at Hardin's Creek, the water behind the family's earliest mashes.

James B. Beam Distilling Co. built it from two of its own recipes: the traditional 75/13/12 mash bill behind Jim Beam, Knob Creek and Booker's, and the 63/27/10 high-rye mash bill behind Old Grand-Dad and Basil Hayden. Crème brûlée and apricot up front, then a cinnamon spice that covers the palate, with the oak kept in check for a bourbon this old. Mostly Bourbon 10/10.
