Heaven Hill's Grain to Glass series traces an unbroken line from the farm to the bottle — everything distilled, aged, and bottled at their Bernheim facility in Louisville. The 2025 release is a six-year wheated bourbon: 35% wheat in the mash bill, a significantly higher proportion than most Kentucky bourbons, bottled at cask strength without dilution.

At 106.6 proof the fruit doesn't get buried — the wheat's natural softness cushions the heat and keeps the berry and vanilla character accessible. The 700mL format and limited production make this one of the more unusual Heaven Hill expressions to reach the East Coast.
