The flagship entry-level white from Golan Heights Winery — Israel's most internationally recognized producer — built from high-altitude vineyards on the volcanic Golan Heights plateau. The 2023 is a Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc blend, fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve freshness and varietal lift. Bright citrus, guava, and green apple on the nose; stone fruit and fresh flowers in the middle; a mineral-edged finish from volcanic basalt soils. Winemaker Victor Schoenfeld — Napa-trained, at Golan Heights since 1992 — makes this as the everyday wine of the house: serious terroir, accessible price. Decanter 91 pts (2023 vintage).
