The first London Dry gin distilled in Iceland (Brunnur, 2016) — still hand-picked, hand-numbered, and slowly distilled using Iceland's geothermal energy rather than gas or electric heat. The low, even run holds onto the delicate floral and herbal notes that a faster, hotter still would burn off.

Wild arctic thyme gives a whisper of lavender on the finish; angelica and citrus carry the mid-palate. IWSC 2022 Gold (95 pts). B-Corp certified; 5% of every bottle goes to nature conservation in Iceland.
