The Fuji Apple Ginger starts with fresh-pressed juice from Red Jacket Orchards in upstate New York — combined with vodka, ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon, and allspice. Lightly carbonated. Founded by NYC bartender Cristian Molina, Latinx-owned Hugo's Cocktails launched post-COVID shutdown in 2022.
