Iron Smoke Distillery sits in Fairport, NY — a 20,000-square-foot operation founded in 2011 by musician Tommy Brunett that's become one of Upstate New York's most distinctive craft distilleries. Rattlesnake Rosie's is their original flavored line: corn whiskey from locally sourced Finger Lakes grain, blended with fresh Upstate NY apple cider from Red Jacket Orchards in Geneva, pure Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar. No artificial flavors — the slight haze in the bottle is real apple cider pulp, the way it should be.
