Iron Smoke Distillery started as a backyard operation in Fairport in 2011 and grew into one of the larger craft distilleries in New York State. Their core whiskey uses a four-grain mash bill: corn, wheat, barley, and rye sourced from Finger Lakes region farms. The Rattlesnake Rosie’s line takes that base and layers in natural fruit and spice blends.

The Pumpkin Pie edition is a seasonal fall release: natural pumpkin with cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and vanilla at 70 proof. Works in a hot toddy, a pumpkin spice old fashioned, or poured over warm apple cider.
