Kedem has been making Concord wines in New York's Hudson Valley since 1958, when Eugene Herzog — whose family had supplied wine to the Austro-Hungarian court for generations before the Nazis seized their Czechoslovakian winery — purchased the Royal Wine Corporation and began producing under the Kedem name. The Naturally Sweet Concord is their anchor expression: 100% Vitis labrusca Concord, sweetened to a full, candied richness, Mevushal and certified Kosher for Passover under OU supervision.
