Kings County's Coffee Whiskey is made from a blend of its house bourbon and corn whiskey — grain-to-glass, pot-distilled at the Brooklyn Navy Yard from organic New York corn and Golden Promise malted barley — combined with cold brew from Parlor Coffee, its neighbor in the Yard.

At 40% ABV, this drinks more like a whiskey that tastes of coffee than a coffee product with alcohol added. The Parlor cold brew contributes tropical top notes and chocolate undertones; the bourbon base provides caramel and vanilla; together they aim for something closer to Italian amaro than to Kahlúa.
