Kings County Distillery, located in the historic Paymaster Building at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, makes this hybrid expression by incorporating peat-smoked malted barley from Scotland into their New York corn bourbon mashbill. The result sits between two traditions — unmistakably bourbon in its corn sweetness and vanilla character, with a persistent smoke and earthiness borrowed from Scotch whisky. Bottled at 90 proof in a 200mL flask.
