Knob Creek 15yr Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Limited Edition 750ml

USA : KENTUCKY

77% Corn, 13% Rye, 10% Malted Barley

FULL-BODIED, AGED OAK, DRIED CHERRY, BURNT BROWN SUGAR, TOBACCO, NEW CHARRED OAK

Fifteen years in new charred oak, drawn from barrels held deep in the center of the rackhouse, where the temperature swings less and the wood works slower. It was the oldest age statement Knob Creek had ever bottled when it launched, and it carries a release number on the label rather than a batch date.

Bottled at 100 proof, non-chill filtered, natural color. Oak leads from nose to finish, with dried cherry and burnt brown sugar underneath keeping it from drying out entirely. The Whiskey Jug scored it 4/5.

100 Proof
