Eighteen years in Jim Beam’s Kentucky rack houses — twice the age of the flagship 9-year and the oldest release in the Knob Creek lineup. The high-rye mash bill holds its fruit and vibrancy through two decades of extraction; what comes out is layered oak, tobacco, and dark cherry with a finish that goes long without turning bitter. A limited annual release introduced in 2022 to mark Knob Creek’s 30th anniversary.
