Knob Creek 9 Year is the flagship of Jim Beam's original Small Batch Collection — created by Booker Noe in 1992, still one of the best arguments for age-stated bourbon at any price. Nine years in maximum-char (#4) white oak, distilled to 130 proof and entered at 125, bottled at 100 proof flat.
