Laurent Miquel is a sixth-generation vigneron in the Languedoc, farming 180 hectares across St-Chinian and the Pays d'Oc. This rosé is made from a blend of Syrah, Cinsault, and Grenache harvested in stages, with a night harvest (vendanges nocturnes) to preserve aromatics in the warm Mediterranean climate. Direct-press, with cold settling and early bottling to lock in freshness — no oak at any stage.
Pale salmon in the glass. The nose is clean and inviting: fresh strawberry, red currant, and hibiscus with a faint herbal note. The palate is light-bodied with bright acidity and a dry, mineral finish. One of the most reliable everyday rosés in our lineup — made for porch-drinking, picnics, and table use without overthinking it.
