Sourced from Baden co-op vineyards on limestone and loess soils in the Kaiserstuhl — Germany's warmest region for Pinot Noir — then dealcoholized via Spinning Cone Column at 35°C, low enough to preserve varietal character. Clean and fresh, with present tannins and a dry finish that reads more like wine than substitute.
