Liquid Fables opened in 2021 in a century-old factory on Main Street in Beacon, New York — a small-batch distillery operating under a NY State Farm Distilling License, which requires at least 75% New York-sourced agricultural inputs. The cocktail program draws on those same farm-sourced ingredients: local botanicals, citrus, and herbs from the Hudson Valley.

The "Untold Fables" line is the distillery's limited-batch experiment series — one-off cocktails outside the four named-story core products. This one is a Tom Collins: gin with lemon and fresh mint in a 355mL can, ready to serve over ice. Voted best cocktails in the Hudson Valley three years running.
