Freddie Noe's Infinite series puts whiskey from three generations of Beam master distillers in one bottle, and it carries itself forward: each edition starts from a portion of the last. Edition III is built on 30% of Edition II, then adds a 23-year-old Knob Creek distilled under his grandfather Booker Noe, an 11-year-old Knob Creek from his father Fred Noe's era and a 9-year-old Baker's from Freddie's own tenure.

Freddie splits the pour by generation — oak, smoke and char from Booker's bourbon, creamy caramel, vanilla and butterscotch from Fred's, tobacco and dark fruit from his own. What you're buying is a limited annual blend built to change every year, and Edition III is where it stands in 2026.
