MED-FULL-BODIED, ELEGANT, SAVORY, DRIED FRUIT, SPICE, LEATHER, WOOD VARNISH, OAK

This has the nose of potpourri, perfumed with dried fruit (cherris, plum), flowers, and rosemary. On the palate there is some saddle leather, dill, and more dried flowers, with a wonderful lingering finish. 

Drink now or hold for another few years.
