Louis Roederer's most iconic and famed cuvee, Cristal, was first created in 1876 for the Tsar of Russia. Today it is produced from 45 of the most coveted Grand Cru plots in the Montagne de Reims, the Vallee de la Marne, and the Cote des Blancs. 

WINEMAKING :  25% of the winemaking process occurs under wood; no malolactic fermentation. Dosage: 7 g/L.
