A blanco with a twist: Mi Campo rests its tequila for up to a month in French oak barrels that previously held Napa Valley Chardonnay. The result is a spirit that reads more like a light reposado on the nose — cooked agave giving way to banana, vanilla, and a hint of wine sweetness — while the palate keeps enough agave backbone and white pepper to remind you it's tequila.

Made from 7-year-old Blue Weber agave, brick-oven roasted and roller-milled, then fermented in open-air tanks among citrus trees. The wine-cask finish bridges the gap for drinkers who find full agave character a bit much — without crossing into the flavored-spirit category. Gold at the 2024 New York World Wine & Spirits Competition; Silver at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
