Michter's annual barrel-strength rye is bottled without dilution from individual barrels, so the proof varies with each release — recent editions have ranged from 107 to 115 proof, with an average around 110. Each bottle is labeled with its individual barrel proof. The same rye mashbill as the standard US*1, at full concentration: more viscosity, more intensity, and a finish that extends considerably. Kosher certified.
