Slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens for 36 hours, fermented for 72 hours in stainless steel, then double distilled — pot still first to pull fresh agave character, column still second to sharpen the cut. Four months in American oak delivers caramel and light spice without burying the fruit.

Master Distiller Pedro Juarez spent decades at large multinational tequila companies before partnering with the brand's founders in 1998 to build something that led with the agave rather than the barrel. The result sits squarely in the accessible end of the Highlands style — bright, sweet-fruited, and easy to use in a cocktail without losing the spirit's identity.
