Named for the oval-shaped “gravet” stones that define this corner of Gascony, Mont Gravet draws from vineyards on gentle slopes near Toulouse — a region better known for Armagnac than still white wine. The Colombard brings tropical edge; the Sauvignon Blanc adds citrus lift and enough structure to keep things moving.
