Port Dundas Distillery operated on the outskirts of Glasgow from 1810 until its closure in 2010, producing grain whisky across two centuries before Diageo shuttered it as part of a broader consolidation. The liquid released here was distilled in the early 1990s, warehoused and waiting, and now bottled by Orphan Barrel Whisky Co. as the third and final expression in the Muckety-Muck series. The name comes from a prized pig that once roamed the distillery's working farm.

At 46% ABV and 26 years in American oak, it sits at the richer end of grain whisky character: caramel and butterscotch up front, dried orange and spiced oak behind. Whisky Advocate 88 pts (Jonny McCormick, Spring 2023): “Dried orange disc, baked sugar, dried fruit, stewed apple and bramble, mixed peel, and mild oak spice aromas.” No further stocks remain from Port Dundas.
