Planteray 3 Stars is a tri-island blend engineered for the bar: Barbados rum delivers a balanced, rounded palate; Trinidad adds finesse with two to three years of age; Jamaica — mostly unaged but with a touch of 10-year-old Long Pond — brings structure and an aromatic edge that carries through every cocktail it touches.

Each island contributes a different production method. Barbados and Trinidad use short 72-hour fermentations and column stills — clean and controlled. Jamaica ferments for two weeks, building the high-ester, funky complexity the island is known for. Alexandre Gabriel blends the three at Maison Ferrand's Cognac facility, integrating them in small Limousin oak cognac barrels before bottling — a step borrowed from his cognac background, and one that rounds the blend without loading it with oak character.
