Post Meridiem built their Atlanta canning operation on one premise: a cocktail in a can should be made from the same ingredients you'd use at a bar. The Afternoon Sun Skinny Margarita is three things — silver tequila from Mexico, 100% real lime juice, and agave nectar. No citric acid, no artificial sweeteners, no natural flavors substituting for the real thing. The recipe is large enough to read on the can; the ingredients list is the recipe.

At 40 proof and 100mL, it's a single-serve format calibrated for the skinny category — enough tequila to register, enough lime to taste like something was actually squeezed, and agave nectar in place of simple syrup for lower-glycemic sweetness. Serve cold from the can or over a large rock.
