Post Meridiem builds every cocktail the way a bartender would pour it — real imported vodka, house-made coffee liqueur, and cold-brewed 100% Arabica dark roast, canned at full cocktail strength in Atlanta. The Into the Night Espresso Martini took two years to get right before it beat out more than 110 entrants for Best of Class in the Classic RTD Cocktail category at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition — the only other finalist standing in its way was Post Meridiem's own Old Fashioned.

Shake, pour over ice or into a chilled coupe, and it drinks like the real thing: dark roast coffee and mocha up front, dark chocolate brownie and toasted sugar on the finish, with genuine caffeine from actual coffee rather than a flavoring shortcut.
