João Tavares de Pina runs his family's 18th-century estate in Penalva do Castelo entirely on organic principles — the same way his father farmed it before him, long before "natural wine" became a category. The Lero-Lero ("chit-chat") is 95% Jaen (Mencía) and 5% Rufete from 13 hectares of estate vines at 550 meters, harvested early, fermented in open-top stainless steel with just 2–3 days of skin contact, then aged eight months in tank. A touch of sulfur at bottling. Nothing else.

At 11.1% ABV, it drinks like a Portuguese take on cru Beaujolais — built for chill, conversation, and a second glass.
