One of our favorite discoveries in 2021. Quinta Várzea da Pedra is a fourth-generation wine farm in the Óbidos sub-region of Lisboa DO, where Atlantic nights keep temperatures honest and clay-limestone soils give the wine its earthy backbone.
100% Touriga Nacional — hand harvested, completely destemmed, naturally fermented in a traditional stone lagar, then aged 12 months in stainless steel. Delicious & smoky.
