New York sommelier Jordan Salcito — known for her work at Eleven Madison Park and Momofuku — built Ramona around a simple premise: good wine, citrus, nothing weird. The Zibibbo comes from organically farmed vineyards in Sicily; the lemon is Sicilian too.

Production moved to Italy specifically to avoid the chemical preservatives that US canning facilities require. Pasteurized in warm water, BPA-free cans, 100% recycled packaging — the clean-label list is long and earned, not marketing copy.
