Résonance is Maison Louis Jadot's first winery outside Burgundy — founded in 2013 when the Gagey family found a vineyard in Yamhill-Carlton that reminded them of home. The 2021 is the inaugural vintage of this Chardonnay, sourced from estate and top Willamette Valley sites, barrel-fermented and aged 16 months in 30% new French oak.

Winemaker Guillaume Large trained under Jacques Lardière at Jadot before crossing to Oregon. The approach carries through: terroir-first, barrel-fermented, textured. Wine Spectator 93 pts.
