Santa Julia is the Zuccardi family's winery in Maipú, Mendoza, named after Julia Zuccardi, the only daughter of José Zuccardi. The family story there begins in 1963, when her grandfather Alberto "Tito" Zuccardi planted a vineyard in Maipú to show local growers an irrigation system he had built.

El Cabrito belongs to the winery's natural line: the must macerates on the skins and ferments with native yeasts, no sulfites are added, and the wine is bottled unfiltered. The grapes come from the family's organic certified vineyards, and the name comes from Pancho, a kid goat raised on the farm.

The 2025 is all Cabernet Sauvignon from Maipú, dry, at 14% alcohol. Serve it at cool room temperature or with a slight chill to lift the fruit.
