Distilleria Sarti has been distilling in Bologna since 1885, and Campari revived the dormant name a few years back to build a genuine challenger to Aperol — floral and fruit-forward where Aperol leans bitter-citrus-first, with the bitterness held in reserve rather than up front.
That reversed balance, plus a saturated pink color that reads nothing like the usual orange-brown spritz, is what turned Sarti Rosa into 2025's viral spritz across Europe. It's now landing on US shelves.
