Schramsberg's Mirabelle line launched in 1992 after the Davies family spent 25 years mastering vintage Méthode Traditionnelle in Calistoga. The Blanc de Blancs draws from 100% Chardonnay across the North Coast — 56% Napa, 42% Sonoma, with small lots from Mendocino and Marin — bottle-fermented and aged a minimum of two years en tirage.
