Son of Man is a cidery in Cascade Locks, in Oregon's Columbia River Gorge, that makes natural cider inspired by the Basque Country. Jasper Smith founded it, and the first fruit was pressed in 2018.

Beti means "always" in Basque, and it is the everyday cider in the line — light, dry and bright. It ferments on native yeast and rests in stainless steel, which keeps the lemon, pineapple and green banana notes fresh. The apples shift from harvest to harvest; Gravenstein and Muscadet de Dieppe anchor the blend.
