Son of Man is a cidery in Cascade Locks, in Oregon's Columbia River Gorge, that makes natural cider inspired by the Basque Country. Jasper Smith founded it, and the first fruit was pressed in 2018.

Handi is the rich, full one in the line: a dry cider built on a big share of bittersweet, tannic cider apples, golden in the glass. Fermentation is wild, with no commercial yeast.
