FRESH ELDERFLOWER, PEAR, LYCHEE, AND LIGHT HONEY

Made from fresh Sambucus nigra elderflower blossoms harvested by hand each spring in the French Alps — a harvest window of just a few weeks per year. The blossoms are macerated immediately to preserve their volatile aromatics, producing a liqueur with an intensely floral, lychee-and-pear character that no artificial flavoring has successfully replicated. Works in virtually any cocktail that needs brightness: added to sparkling wine, stirred into a Last Word, or mixed simply with tonic water.
