Maker's Mark's first release outside its original bourbon mash bill in over seventy years — corn dropped entirely in favor of soft red winter wheat and malted barley, distilled at Star Hill Farm and aged seven to eight years across five barrel types, including French oak. The barrels stayed put through maturation instead of rotating through the warehouse, letting position and wood carry more of the flavor.

Grain comes from the distillery's own regenerative-agriculture fields, part of the push that made this the first Estate Whiskey Alliance-certified release and helped make Maker's Mark the first B Corp-certified bourbon distillery in Kentucky.
