Toki, meaning "time" in Japanese, is Suntory's accessible blended expression, drawing on whisky from three of their distilleries: the highland malt of Hakushu, the richer malt of Yamazaki, and the lighter grain whisky of Chita. Fresher and more delicate than the single malts, Toki is designed for the highball (one part whisky, two parts chilled sparkling water over ice), though it works equally well in cocktails calling for Japanese whisky.
