Tabor's Artisanal Elements Sauvignon Blanc draws from the Ramat Sirin vineyard in the Galilee, with fruit from Kfar Tavor and the Golan — each site chosen for what it brings to the blend. The result is classic Sauvignon Blanc that's more Mediterranean than New World in spirit: light-bodied, precise, aromatic, and built around naturally high acidity rather than fruit weight or winemaker intervention. No oak in the picture.
The Artisanal line is the serious side of Tabor, a large kosher winery that has been quietly making premium wines inside its industrial facility for years — and now has a label and a restaurant channel to show for it.
