Most crème de menthe is flavored with mint extract and left at that. Tempus Fugit went the other way: after cross-referencing historical recipes in three languages, they assembled a blend of botanicals, macerated them, then fully distilled the whole batch. The heart of that distillation is small, but it produces something the extract method never can: clarity, depth, and a mint character that reads as genuinely fresh rather than synthetic.

The result earned five stars from F. Paul Pacult’s The Spirit Journal, the highest recommendation in the guide. Swiss-made, 28% ABV, no artificial colors or flavors.
