FULL-BODIED, CITRUS, HONEY, VANILLA, FRENCH OAK

Primary maturation runs sixteen years in American oak — vanilla, honey, cereal — then finishes in Pineau des Charentes casks, the fortified wine of France's Charentes region made from unfermented grape juice and Cognac eau-de-vie. The finish adds lemon rind, grapefruit, and a trace of grape-skin acidity without sweetening the base.

Bottled non-chill filtered at 47.6% ABV, which preserves the natural texture and keeps the aromatic compounds intact. Whisky Advocate, 94 pts.
