A collaboration between the award-winning Dead Rabbit bar in New York City and The Dublin Liberties Distillery, named for the notorious Five Points gang from 1850s Manhattan. The whiskey spends five years in seasoned ex-bourbon casks before a finish in compact virgin American oak barrels, which adds spice and structure while preserving the characteristic Irish smoothness.
