The Paper Plane is a modern bar classic — whiskey, amaro, aperitivo, and lemon in equal parts, credited to Sam Ross at Milk & Honey in 2007. Tip Top developed this canned version in direct collaboration with Ross, who called it plainly: “It doesn’t taste like a replication. It tastes like the real thing.”

Non-carbonated, shelf-stable, no artificial ingredients. Pour over a large ice cube. Nothing else needed.
